Refund Policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.


To start a return, you can contact me at rweberdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges       

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, I am happy to accept your unworn item in exchange for store credit or another item in the shop for equal or lesser value. Buyers are responsible for covering shipping cost to send the item back to exchange. I will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item to the customer.

 

Repairs                                                                             

If your item breaks after the first 60 days from the day it is received, I am happy to send you a new item at a discounted price. 

 

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
