Shipping Policy 

I offer free first class USPS shipping on all orders over 40! Each piece is made, packaged and shipped by me from my studio in Fairport, New York. I also offer a free, faster porch pick up option.

Please note: these time frames are an estimate and are not guaranteed; it may take USPS longer.

Production Time                                                                                                    Due to the handmade nature of my products, all orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking URL via email. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me before you place your order to make sure I can make that happen.

Cancellation/ Order Changes                                                                              If you need to cancel or change your order, I need to receive a message from you within 24 hours of placing the order. I typically get started on orders within the next business day of receiving it.

Lost Packages                                                                                                       If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package. Once a package leaves my studio, I have no control over the package. I am not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
